Well in English it is "Wrist Watch" or simply "Watch", in Spanish it is "Reloj de pulso"...litterally a wrist clock... reloj means clock, and pulso is wrist, or a clock for the wrist.

Zegarek in polish, zegar means clock, so that pretty much translates to small clock.
