My 6138-0030 Speedmaster arrived today (I'll post pics later)....great watch but the bracelet is just a little too short for my eight-inch wrist.
I mistakenly thought it had 19mm lugs...turns out that it has 18mm lugs and that fact seems to severely limit my options bracelet-wise.
I saw an "exact" repro bracelet on Ebay that is seemingly long enough but they want $130.00 which I think is nuts.
Any thoughts, ideas, etc.??

Bracelet/strap options are tough on this model because it has a narrow lug width and a big, clunky, oddly-shaped case. We here have had this discussion before. wristsushi.proboards.com/thread/2134/6138-0031-observationThe original bracelet is the way to go on these, so I would suggest you try to find a spare link or go for one of Swedefreak's spring-loaded clasp extenders. But if you want to sell me your original bracelet, I have 6 1/2" wrists... yes1.gif

What size hole does the end link have on your bracelet? I think mine was 9 or 10mm so I just grabbed a 20mm solid link oyster with the right center link size, I've found most oysters come in the 9 to 10 range so there was plenty of choice, best of luck with your hunt, seikola
