For sure. The base watch (SEIKO SNZH55K1 I think?) is a nice classic looking watch. Add a bit of Jake or Harold magic & its a cool homage to a classic Dive watch. What not to like?

The only real complaint I have encountered, is the lack of a screw down crown.....definitely not a deal breaker for me.

The only real complaint I have encountered, is the lack of a screw down crown.....definitely not a deal breaker for me. Yeh; screw down crowns have little to do with WR. They are mainly to prevent the crown from being snapped off in a collision with a rock , coral or wrecked ship. All modern Seiko watches rely on stem and/or crown gaskets to provide the rated WR. All of these gaskets seal the stem tube and not the crown.
