Great looking dial indeed, too bad the hands are a mismatch. The hands are original, and white, which is normal for a 70s Suwa 6309. Not a mismatch at all IMO. I'm speaking of the lume color/tone.

I've seen and owned more mid / late 70s Suwa 6309s that have that exact combination. Yellow / tan dial lume, white hand lume. Trust me, this watch is right.

Trust me, this watch is right. I'm not questioning whether or not it's right/original, I'm merely saying it would look even better if the lume matched.

Well, I'd know at a glance that the hands either had damaged lume or weren't original, so I'd disagree personally. When I see slightly yellow / tan dial lume and white hand lume, that says "original" to me. Better than that, it says "original 70s Suwa" to me.
