My Arnie was one of the few watches I have never regretted selling!
I just HAD to have one to add to my collection but even at getting it at a give away price I could never bond with it!

I'd really like to add one to my collection, but if prices are heading anywhere near that, I guess I'll need to survive without one.

I feel very fortunate to have found mine for the price I did....actually it was part of a trade deal at work.
He wanted an instrument we had for sale and we were discussing possible trade-ins he might have and jokingly I said "Do you have any watches you don't want that you might want to trade in?"....that's when he told me about this "Seiko dive watch he bought years ago in Mexico"....he sent me a few photos and I was all over it.
The rest is history.

I bought mine 3 yrs ago for $117 on eBay. I'm glad I got it when I did.

At least it's not that guy selling the one he says is from the Israeli Defense Forces, and wants stupid $$ for, without any proof it was an IDF watch, or why an IDF version would be desirable.
