I won this "Women's Seiko" on Ebay for the cost of lunch for two at McDonald's. Clearly pre-WWII. The double case is unusual. Any prewar Seiko experts here?

Don't know about any "truly vintage" Seiko collectors on this Forum, but I'm certainly looking forward to some photos of the case back & more when you get the watch! Very nice pickup!

What's the size?
I've seen protectors like that on military field-used civvy watches. A lot of stuff similar to that during WW1 for instance.

We, Seiko and Citizen nuts, definitely must have some very vintage pieces in our collection.
