I hate gravity and mosquitoes. I can ignore just about everything else. Pretty hard to avoid the former unless you go into outer space. embarrassed-smiley-face

I got tired of paying for gas so I bought a UPASS...a discounted bus pass offered through my university. But now I have to deal with stinky people and people who don't think to move seats when they become available and people who don't cover their mouth when they cough/sneeze and on and on Oh the joys of public transit

The other day at the supermarket... I was about done and had to pay the cashier... did not take my glasses and had a sandwich bag full of coins... Mexican coins are of different denominations and almost the same size, so I had to be careful... when I was paying an idiot guy got behind me ... too close for comfort, and I said to him... move back, you are in my space and I am paying the bill... stupid )/(%"=I))& idiot, he just moved back a couple of inches... I thought about smacking him for a moment but na!!!...., paid and left.

Been trying to ride my bikes more. They get twice the gas mileage as my 1989 Toyota truck. Unfortunately my coin pickup and dumps require me to take my truck 3 days a week.

Gas prices always go up in the summer, people drive more. When I was corporate I drove a minimum of 110 miles per day. Thank God those days are over.

Local gas prices have risen .25 cents per gallon in the last 3 days. I'ts now up to $4.25 for the cheap stuff and in some areas such as La Jolla it's up even more! Granted..... I dont do a much driving these days so I personally am not effected by it but the Wife for instance drives 60 miles per day back and forth to work in her smaller SUV and it costs a lot. This is 6 days a week for her mind you! Seems as if whenever a Holiday is approaching the prices sky rocket. G/dam phucking oil companies ALWAYS have some lame ass excuse for it too! I know... I know..........some of you live in Europe and its a LOT more as it's sold by the liter there! An open market of supply and demand is a lame excuse, isn't it...

I recently priced a two-pound bag of 100% Kona Coffee from Hawaii at $78 + $10 shipping to the mainland. I, of course, declined.
