You may well find what you're looking for here or at least some leads. I'm surprised you haven't found one right where you live. Seems the Philippines is the source of thousands of these watches.

Welcome, great to have you aboard. two of my three Seiko 6309's come from the Philippines. EDIT:- three of my FOUR 6309's come from the Philippines, won another on ebay just now
Keep meaning to plan a dive trip out there. Have heard the Taiei Maru Wreck, Coron is AMAZING!! Maybe I'll come out have a dive or two & buy a 6309 as a souvenir
