If you're looking for a cost and time effective way of getting the traveler back into the states..... I'm located about 60 miles away from the watch just outside of a Niagara Falls NY USA. Unfortunately, my passport is expired so I can't venture into Canada, but if a meet-up could be arranged on the US side of the border I'd be happy to host the watch. We could add the Might Niagara to the destination list. I'm also traveling to Lake Placid NY to climb Algonquin mountain (Alt. 5,200 ft) and also attend the Adirondack Oktoberfest celebration on Whiteface Mt. the weekend of October 4th. Just food for thought I'm sorry Shawn, I didn't see your post...I think that's a great idea, let's see if we can make that happen. Kori (c5k0), is this a possibility for you? Sorry I haven't been around. Let's trade numbers and have a quick chat? We'll figure something out.

Looks like it's back in the US, headed for Missouri. Excellent! And a big thanks to Kori for taking us on a tour of the Hockey Hall of Fame. I'm probably like most Canadians and have never been there

OK....been a little busy getting settled back in after returning from my 2500 mile trip for a family funeral.....so here's a few photos from this mornings service at church....I'm the bassist with the praise and worship group at the local Methodist church....we always have a great time....a bunch of really good players in this group. First up....the obligatory watch photo on the music stand photo: Next a group shot.....an interesting side note....the fellow in the middle (with the glasses) was the original keyboard player with The Ozark Mountain Daredevils back in the 70's...had a couple of big radio hits ("If You Want To Get To Heaven", "Jackie Blue", etc.)...so if you're old enough (like me) you'll remember the group....Buddy and I have been playing together for about the last 10 years in various situations....anything from big band jazz gigs, to the current church gig...he's a great guy....he got off the road after making his money and has been a doctor for the last 30 years....I'm proud to call him my friend. Then there's Allen...our drummer...would you believe this guy is 68 years old? And he still plays his butt off....he's a real inspiration. The ages in the group run the full gamut....here's 16 year old Sydney....she has the voice of an angel....she plays great guitar too! Tommorow I'll post some fun photos from work...and it definitely is a fun place.

I work in the music business....I've been doing it for the last 38 years....these are some photos of where I work....it's a fun place with lots and lots of "goodies" to play with....unlike a lot of people I love my job....it's cool in the summer....warm in the winter....and I get to play with all the "toys". You want acoustic guitars? We may have a few in stock: We carry the largest selection of high-end banjos and mandolins in the entire midwest...some of the banjos cost up to $8,000.00 and some of the mandolins are $20,000.00! High-end PA a plenty! Lots of digital pianos....including grands: We carry lots of boutique electric guitar by Collings, Tom Anderson, Paul Reed Smith, Fender, Gretsch, etc....there's something for everyone! Lots of vintage amps too....in the middle is a mint condition 1964 Fender Bassman....pretty rare! OK...everybody's favorite....drums and cymbals! Every style you can imagine: These are digital drums....or as I like to call them "quartz drums": We carry the largest selection of high-end effects in this part of the country....this is the stuff that people actually use on stage....people like Brad Paisley, Brent Mason, Keith Urban, etc. Two of the nicest people you could ever meet....this is Steve our web site administrator: And the infamous Ben....proud owner of a dandy handlebar moustache: Oh yeah....I almost forgot....here's my computer screen saver:

makes me want to go out and learn how to play something, anything, i don't care the triangle will do, just so i can visit to store and gaze in wonderment at the art work, that skilled artisans assembled into musical delights, amazing collection (shop is to crass).
