Been around different forums for a long time and found myself gravitating to smaller groups like this one over the last year. Been collecting seikos for about 3 years. Collection currently consists of some 6139's, 6138's and vintage divers. I try to do as much work on them as possible but have not cracked open movements yet. Most work consists of dismantling watch, changing gaskets, crystals and cleaning the case. The vast majority of parts were sourced from Jonathan "swedefreak" Koch. He helped me tremendously. Currently, looking for another source for gaskets. Please pm me for places to buy. Excited to see that seikoholic is continuing the tradition. Here is the latest acquisition. 6138.rtfd.zip (1.09 KB) Thank you to all members for the vast knowledge on this forum. Brian

Welcome Brian.
If you live in Texas, then I think you are technically a "damn Yankee". My sister moved to Virginia and she informed me of the difference. A Yankee is a northerner that comes to the south. A damn yankee is one that comes to the south and stays!
Enjoy your time here and post some pics when you can.
