I know we all have certain "Grail" watches we seek and I had 3 My Bulova was one which I have since obtained the other 2 are these.......... Full Sized Zodiac GMT......  The other one is this............  I know where both are but one the seller wont sell and the other I cant currently afford! Someday perhaps!? ![]() |

Can't say that I have any actual grails, but there are definitely some I'd love to own. For starters, some variation of an Autavia.   |

Predictable perhaps....but I really love these two....I think I might even be fine just owning these two watches.....or not.  The Speedy is easily within reach....the Rolex not so much.   |

Mine is for sale right now on EBAY. And the seller has 2 of them. And they are "affordable" based on the few times they actually come up for sale. And the cheaper of the 2 is actually sort of beat up so I wouldn't hesitate wearing it. However shit is going downhill fast at work and I already blew all of my disposable income on my truck this summer and I already have to many watches I already wear   |

While I try to avoid terms such as "grail", there are some types of watches I would very much like to be able to own. Basically, it boils down to this: a fully mechanical complicated gold-cased Vacheron & Constantin or Patek or Breguet (or similar established marque). The complications I'd like to have all together would be something like Quantieme Perpetual (400yr Perpetual Calendar) + Minute Repeater + something else like a celestial display (think Ulysse Nardin Trilogy) or tourbillon or Rattrapante chronograph or maybe a Grande Sonnerie. Would cost more than any of my houses did, but what the heck, I don't really feel like leaving it all to the kid so she can be just about the richest lady (I assume that by the time I 'kick off', she'll be in her 40s) in Negros Occidental some day  |
