I'm no expert on these but one of big tells on the a/m dials is the shape of the O in the Seiko logo. Many of the a/m dials have a perfectly round O but the real ones have a slightly oval shaped O. The ad in the op has the O obscured by the hour hand and this rings alarm bells here... Hopefully I'm wrong because I'd expect better from this seller.

I'd be happy to pay around 150 for that but not 385. The repaint on the hands is not great and I suspect the register hand is not an original, but it's hard to say because I only have one photo of the dial. I'd like to see another pic of the dial. I think the dial is legit.
Ultimately, it's up to you, but by the going rate, I think it's a bit overpriced.
