Just to keep things neat, tidy & organized, here are a couple reminders.
Title must include transaction type (FS, WTT, WTB, FSOT), item name/model and, if FS or FSOT & asking price.
Once the deal is done, edit the listing title so the first word of title or description reflects closure ie. Sold, Found, Traded, etc. Use "On Hold" or OHPF if appropriate.
