I thought we had a 'What have you got incoming in the mail'thread but couldn't find it so here is the Official one Since I'm starting this, I guess I better give it some content. A few weeks ago I got this lot from Ramon... I bought the lot for the 6119s but the 6309-836a turnes out to be not too bad apart from the crappy insert and a wrong crown. So, I grabbed this lot ... Thinking that I should be able to make at least one decent watch from the three and maybe even a nice all original beater. I know pics can be deceiving but it really looks like the one on the left has a greenish sheen to the dial. If that is real, I think I'm going to be very happy with it! Two good and original cases with original bracelets together with at least two good dials and decent original hand sets make me think these purchases are going to turn out just right. There should be two good watches in the whole bunch and maybe one to 'mod'

This 3180 is sitting at the post office, waiting until Monday: ... and this 6245-9000 (aka 62GS, Seiko's first automatic Grand Seiko) is prepping shipment from Japan: This along with my 43999 completes the first-3-Grand Seiko trifecta. Coming with the 62GS are unfilled Chronometer certificates for the 3180, 43999 and this 6245-9000, which seemed like fun things to have. Seller claims they're real/original, I have reservations. (For the 3180) (For the 43999) (For the 6245-9000) Sometimes some of the most exciting things aren't watches. I'm very excited to have these catalogs from 1968 and 1969, and Watch magazine from 1964 incoming: This was pretty much the Seiko heyday, and these feature the first 6139's, the early electronic watches, some of the first divers, the 36kbph Lord Marvels, etc.. I don't know what's in the '64 Watch or the '68 volumes, but I can't wait. I'm also excited about this incoming 1980 catalog, but considerably less so:

Just some parts and this little digital for me. It cost lunch money, and looks to be in fab shape.

Some fantastic watches incoming. This one I spotted on a local online classifieds ad. Bracelet looks very funky, but I don't think it's original to the model. Waiting very impatiently over the Easter public holidays for it.

I'm actually asking because I don't know. How much was a 007 back in 2001?
