Guys.......this is OT but I need your HELP

I just now sold an item on the Bay at a BIN price but when I listed it I listed as selling to CONUS ONLY!
I got a buyer from Sweden who wanted the item and I told him I would make an exception and send Over Seas.
He agreed to my shipping price and bought it at BIN
WEllllllllllll  the problem is is that when he went to pay for the item he cant as my ad States CONUS. He said when he goes to pay it wont allow him to do so.
What do I do?  I tried going back to the completed listing and change the Countries as to where I will ship to but I cant since the auction is over!
Do I re-list the item and denote that I'll ship Internationally?

He has to change his PayPal address to a US one.

I re-listed it denoting that I'd ship world wide!

Should have contacted the potential buyer, tell him you would relist it with the agreed upon BIN price. He could purchase right away, and you wouldn't have to wait.

I just r-listed and he bought it!  Now lets see if he has any trouble paying!

UP date.......  problem solved!  I re-listed denoting shipping to OS and it worked!
