Looks like its either worn off or polished off This is what it should look like Hard to say because half the images on Google look like this and the other half have nicely defined stamped numbers. Another thing that jumps out when you compare Google images is that the Wave logo is different on some. The top two wave peaks touch in some and are par apart in others. Maybe some MM600 guru has more info but it's probably alright.

They want 2500 for it and it seems rough for that much If I was looking for one of these and saw theses discrepancies; even if they are legit; I think I would wait for another one to come along. The asking price may be fair but I have no idea if it is high, low or out of the park.

The tool marks worry on the back worry me looks like someone inexperienced opened the make and messed with who knows. Normal watch wouldn't worry me but a spring drive would.

To my eye everything looks original but the inner rotating ring looks relumed or aftermarket? What does everyone think. Thanks in advance Totally genuine. There are no AM Pulsations inner rings (yet). The 12 pip on these is notorious for falling off. So somebody hacked on a new dot. No big deal.

Real?? What is wrong with it? It looks too nice
I have a friend looking at it and I wouldn't want to steer him wrong, so I figured I'd check with you folks to be sure. Given your response, I assume it's real

Real??
What is wrong with it? I think the Suwa logo looks off, and the R in ”Water”. But I am no expert in these divers. Edit: Might just be the bad resolution photo, and dust on the R....

100%, authentic, genuine fake dial. The fonts are wrong and the markers are wrong. The hands don't look so good either.

That's the dial from a 6138-0020 Tokei Zara, couldnt say if its an original dial or a fake one though Definitely shouldn't be on a ufo either way

Chances of finding the correct dial? Easy! Check eBay. Just find out which reference you have based on the case back (if it's the correct one).
Your hands are wrong unless you get a SpeedTimer marked dial. If not, you'll have to source hands too.
In my opinion, cut your losses. Don't start pouring money into it. You can find a correct example in very nice shape for less than $500.00.
You can sell this one or enjoy it as a unique mod.

Would be interesting to see better pictures of the dial/hands/caseback to see what I would do if it were me.
