Just a quick thought, with all these smart watches and devices, would any of these charge the Kinetic watches. I was thinking of the apple charger initially but it is a combination of magnetic attachment and conduction charging.

There's plenty. I use this... There's also another brand of watch that uses a stand, if you can find one.

I had mixed success with a toothbrush charger. relative positions was key. at some point I realized I was stupid and just gave up on kinetics. if you have a healthy collection of kinetics, the actual seiko charger makes sense. who knows, as induction charging becomes more popular for cell phones, maybe there will be an easier alternative in the future

Nope, Smartphone use "smart" chargers who negotiate field strength etc. before they activate the circuits. Kinetics are "dumb" and simply take what they can get. Close to 1khz is best IIRC. So the toothbrush charger doesn't work too well, but the Philips charger has a close frequency and works a bit better. I use it as well, but I'm cheap. You need to charge the watches multiple times, oder night and day to get good results. And if you mis position a watch, you won't notice it until six to twelve hours have gone by...

Good to see you still alive unless this is one of those televised hostage readings. southpark.cc.com/clips/154111/crab-people
