Sorry honey, looks like we won't be able to eat next month. There is a Seiko watch lot...

I roughly added them up and they're probably asking somewhere near what the lot is worth as a collection of individual watches - except you don't get the sort of detail about the working condition of each individual watch that you would from separate listings. You therefore have to assume each watch is non-running as a starting base (except the digitals I guess). Makes it a risky proposition.

I'm not sure how to get the sum of the piece prices over $2K USD no matter if they run or not.

Hmm. I'll have a shot ($US best guess, and I'm converting roughly from what I might see in $AUD): 6105 - $700 - don't laugh, 8000s are regularly hitting this mark Bullhead -$500 6139 600x -$250x2 6139 8020(?) -$100 Pulsemeter quartz (bracelet) -$150x2 Pulsemeter (no bracelet) -$100 The rest -$100
Total $2300. I guess that's perhaps a little optimistic, and assumed all are working and bezels rotate etc.
Edit: now I read the ad and see not all are in working condition. Let's mark this down by a few hundred. I think if you paid $2250 it would be too much, if you paid $1500 you'd have a readily good deal. Fair price? $1800?

OK I'll throw in my personal take. Remember, we know they do not all work, he says so, so they can't all sell for the tops:
6105 - $700 - I'm OK with that Bullhead -$500 I'm OK with that 6139 600x - The one on the left, $125 max. crappy tachy, inner ring, dial 6139 600x - the one on the right $150 max. needs a new crystal ($40) and then it would be at $190 and for what-unknown runner? Also note the hour hand obscures the subdial hand, so is it missing ? 6139 8020(?) - $75 max. Pulsemeter quartz (bracelet) -$100 x 2 Pulsemeter (no bracelet) -$75 The rest -$50
Total $1,875
We don't know which ones are the non-runners. "Some automatics run some don't. 3 similar electronics are seem all working, not sure if all functions work". Let's decode that in ebay-speak, they know at least one Pulse doesn't work right, it not 2 or even all 3.
I simply hate an auction where there is zero truthfulness in description and tend to avoid as a result.
My gut is the bullhead and both Pogues have serious issues.

That seems like a decent watch lot, but it's a pity that the left 6139-600X and the Bullhead have been polished to death. Who knows what you'd find in there. All things considered, the asking price is way too high.

Well i think 1500 would be tops for me I think even that's generous. 6105 needs a lot of work - $450 pogue 1 - might be OK, needs light resto at the least - $250 pogue 2 - a bit far gone? - $150 bullhead - looks a bit AM to me - $200 pulsemeters - $100 Total $1150. Sensible price for a group buy $1000. I think that's fair, after doing all the work you might make a tidy profit, then again you might not.

Boom. I'm right there with you. Maybe bump it up to $1100. Maybe.

Although that one is very fine, too - you did notice the Bullhead and the Tuna case?

Yeah, I would have bought that at $566. Three great watches there, that you could get your money back on even if they're not working.
