Hi - will the MM300 dial fit smoothly into any of the lower end divers?
Thanks.

Thanks Myles... One more for you - you may know. Would an SKX173 dated to 1995 (serial 550388) have the same lume as say a 2010 or later? Hi - will the MM300 dial fit smoothly into any of the lower end divers? Thanks. Nope. The dial feet are in the wrong position.

I can't say for sure, but I'm pretty sure all of the 7S26-002* dials were done with Lumi Brite. I think some of the earlier 7002 diver dials had promethium-laced luminous compound.

Wasn't the 7S26 introduced in 1996? A 55xxxx serial would be 2005, no?

Probably no difference but if you are buying a whole watch the odds of a 2010 or later NOT needing a service would be a whole lot greater than an older one. IF the movement is a 7S26A then it is from the 90's, if it is a B it is from the mid 2000's, and if it is a C it is from the early 2010's to date.

Should be the same lume. They all went lumi brite after the crappy 7002 lume. The only differences would be patina. Thanks Myles... One more for you - you may know.
