I’ll see your rare Aussie Pogue and raise you... dunno, acid-trip? Leaked hi-lighter? Against the rules to link to a live auction, but this is on the bay in the UK currently. Internal bezel replaced by previous owner... Ray Charles?

I'm not sure what the guy that did the rotating ring was thinking about - I mean do you really do that and then think "yes, this is an improvement"?

Wow, but the insert looks okay. The space between the 80,85,90.. the 5's?? but ouch to have polished off the 55-50! if you got it cheap enough maybe the movement parts could be worth something...

Someone must be buying these for movement parts right?
To be fair you you probably rescue the HM hands and the case.

Currently GBP 292.88 WTF? Suspicious bidding and a relisting soon after it does not sell.

Can you believe that the lying POS seller of the above abomination has 100% feedback ?

Can you believe that the lying POS seller of the above abomination has 100% feedback ? I'm not sure how scientific this is, but for the last three months, there have been 100 sold items, but during 6 months there have been only 81 reviews. Assuming relatively constant sales, that sounds quite low, so maybe something fishy going on like getting negative feedback deleted? Or maybe the buyers send positive feedback first and only afterwards come to internet forums to ask for advice on something they just bought.

He’s on to you. The BIN has been discounted by 5% making it a steal at just over US$ 1500

I like the description -
"Note: This is a special collectable one of a kind timepiece."
The only part I'd disagree with is the word 'collectable' (sic)

Can you believe that the lying POS seller of the above abomination has 100% feedback ? Yes, well that's seller "vividlily" They are some kind of fancy operation. Awhile back I noticed them selling a couple fake Pateks. Big money for them too as you'd expect.

Geez their selling that one cheap, Vividlilly usually want about US$600 for an over polished run of the mill Seiko 5.
