Cheers Phil Phil, you and I have been around longer than most here as far as forums. And yes, that was my submission to Noah's SCWF watch design. I'm pretty sure it never went any further than this Photo Shop job I did. Noah Fuller was ahead of his time; if he wasn't the first to start a forum watch thing, at least he generated a huge amount of interest 7dfe79adc2f0

I think I remember the winning design never got built because Noah left us(way too soon). Jake B. finished the contest and got the watch built...or maybe Oldtimers disease has me remembering something that never happened. None the less it was an interesting looking watch

They did do one, as I said bit ex for me. I did buy Jakes first custom offering though. Mike T may well have bought one. Cheers Phil

Nope, I never bought a forum watch. Except over at BDWF, somebody organized a Russian Forum watch. I missed it, but bought one from an early flipper. I gave it away last year.

I recall when the forum watches were offered, Never cared for them, Kind of always reminded me of aftermarket propaganda and watch customization which I am not a fan of. But, To each there own...I just like a good old Seiko.

If I recall, the one that ultimately got built had a tsunami logo on the dial. Logo was red I think?
