This is the "imperial" VFA. Model number 4580-7020 (the model number is on the inside of the case back).
As far as I'm aware, the only images that exist of the watch are the three in that old post. I'm rather intrigued by the claim that one was sold back in 2007.
It is THE n'est plus ultra grail of Seiko collecting.
