Is that why your eject power button lit up? Rob That’s how I like to think of it too. Unfortunately it’s only Electronic Controlled Transmission. I'll raise you 100K. It's actually at 240K now. It’s taken me quite some time to get to this point. I bought it in 2003 with 60k already on the clock - just doing the maths, don’t think I’ll get to 200k

Didn't plan on keeping it this long, but this Yukon has been an awesome truck.

Just changed car and I was gutted as wifey had borrowed the old one when it hit eighty thousand and eighty five miles so I didn’t get to see it or take a pic!

was at 26?,000 when I got rid of it the following year, only b/c it was so rusted it was embarrassing to drive. Odds of me getting that out of its replacement are slim. Oh and those are miles not kilometers...

I was impressed with some of the mileage I was seeing up until then! 250K miles is impressive, but the same in K is just weak sauce.

I didn't know we had such a thread, so I'll have to contribute now that's I've posted it elsewhere today. My 1997 Ford F250 hit the "counting up" odometer value May of 2019, in Imperial units no less!

I’m impressed that you were able to take a pic of that while in motion.

I saw it coming, so I had my phone ready since the last stoplight. It wasn't going to be missed, and I knew the road ahead didn't hold many spots to pull this rather large vehicle off the road safely so was just careful about it and got the shot

I promise you small, Truckasaurus will probably outlive me. The 7.3L Turbo Diesel is happy to go on forever with good maintenance. Of course if some teenager with their head in their phone plows into me then I guess the insurance company might decide otherwise. I've just fought for two weeks to keep my Wife's Mazda RX-8 out of the scrap heap. It got backed into while it was parked, basically a zero speed impact that crushed the door skin in. They wanted to total it and pay me more than the cost of repairs but far less than what it was worth. They're blinded by policy and procedure and can't see the waste and wreckage they create with dumb decisions. Thankfully I was able to outwit, outplay, and outlast the total loss department. It's getting fixed as I type this!

My dad had a 70's Mercedes 300 diesel, that went over 1 million kilometers. It had been a taxi and at the time he got it had 700k on the odo.
I remeber that the ride in it was very comfortable. I think I even drove for a short distance.
I think he had some other car aswell that did over 1 mill, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
Mercedes was evetually scrapped.
I think he used to drive roughly 60-80k a year, before he's health declined.

I'm late to this party.
In my 1975 Olds 88 Royale Convertible with a 455 cubic inch V-8 outfitted with racing cams and dual straight pipes with just Glasspak mufflers, I joined the Century Club.
Rolled it over from 99,999.9 to 00000.0 at 100 mph with a few friends and yes we had a some open beers because - well it was legal !
Being a 1970's G.M. product the odometer was a bit messy with the rollover and not very photoworthy, plus at 100 mph there was little to no time to snap a photo before we hit 00000.1
