Hi all - I thought this might be of interest to folks here, especially since it isn't just related to vintage Grand Seiko. Just published an article on the website including scans from all 106 pages of interesting information contained within a diary that was available on application to retailers of Seiko in 1971. The wealth of information contained within this little book is remarkable - it's basically the key tool for transferring knowledge from the mothership to those responsible for selling its wares to the public. Do go check it out! thegrandseikoguy.com/2018/12/04/seiko-1971-retail-pocket-diary/Kind regards, Gerald.
