Well here we are 4 weeks done & dusted, the old banger is still pushing on, about 2 seconds fast , no prize winner but I am chuffed that a stock standard low cost quartz can perform that well.

I almost pulled the trigger on a half-price blue dialled variant of this one yesterday (still puzzled as to why I didn’t...). Maybe it’ll still be there when I next go back to where it was, but that isn’t until July. This is running +7 seconds from when it was set 4 weeks ago.

@ leffemonster that is awesome. What is it’s reference I’d love to explore the range.

Moving a little slow this morning after the Derby party yesterday. Both of these... Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted if I don't get rained out today. The diagnostic prognostication calls for a 70% chance of rain. Hope everyone enjoys whatever plans that they have made for today! Michael

+16.5 after four weeks and I started at +9.1 so a gain of 7.4 seconds over four weeks. I believe that it was originally rated to +5 seconds per month, so not too far out of spec after 37-odd years.

@ leffemonster that is awesome. What is it’s reference I’d love to explore the range. Thanks Cam. The reference is AW7039-01H. There are blue and black dialled variants as well - AW7038-04L and AW7030-06E. I think they mainly come on NATO but I’ve also seen the black one on a bracelet.
