Hi All Another Aussie on board, I'm an Aqualand fan but my collection amounts to only 1 that I've owned since new.
I found this site whilst looking for info on how to revive it after neglecting it for too many years with flat batteries :-( So far I've read a lot and will summon up the courage soon to start delving into it more to see how much damage the leaking batteries have done and if I can bring it back to life.
Thanks

Hi All Thanks for the welcome, I'll take few pics of my watch over the weekend and start to work on it. Aloha Louis no doubt you'll be hearing from me soon :-) Aloha Sir, If you not familiar or do not know about working on them Please remember to let me know about it. When Splitting the Movement Halves to be very careful .... NOT TO JUST POKE ANY THING INTO IT ...because it could get damaged. You should lift them evenly when separating the Movement. Be sure to use ....Plastic Tweezers if possible to remove or Lift .... The Circuit Board. If you damage those little ..... Plastic PIN's holding that ....Gold Contact you will damage the Movement Body. They fit on the Circuit Board Quite Tight ....on some of them. If you never did these just let me know when you go to do it. Louis
