It is a cheap fitness tracker. There's a pulse reader on the back. And the 3 contacts are for charging.

That look like a beta prototype Seiko from the 80's, one of those original LED one .

Thanks to everyone for their help and input, bears out what I had thought - seems like the hammer is the best solution.
Smart idea though, may invest in one - then I could check every so often to make sure I am still alive. :imok:
