Hi guys.
I have the very first Rangeman that came out and I say this to convey - it is old and beat up.
Past few weeks, it mostly only flashes "low" and therfore isn't functioning properly.
Do the batteries in a solar watch wear out? Can they be swapped? Do you think that is the problem?

Do the batteries in a solar watch wear out? Can they be swapped? Do you think that is the problem? Thank you. It’s a pretty reasonable suggestion to change the battery over. All rechargeable batteries loose their capacity over a period of time, dependent on scientific and superstitious factors. It Will be not much different to a normal g shock battery change. Just with the rechargeable capacitor. Won’t cost much- lesson learnt, don’t over tighten the case back screws the case is ultimately a polyurethane or similar and you don’t way to strip the thread.
