When ordering crystals open ALL the packets and inspect them even those you have bought in as stock.
A few months back I ordered 6 off one type but only opened one when they arrived. The one I intended using on the watch I was servicing at that time. Months later after I had used a few more, the last but one I opened was damaged so I had no recourse with the supplier.
This week I ordered 2 off one type only to find the first one I opened had damage to the tension ring that would be visible from the outside. The others tension ring had been installed on the pee but was recoverable. I took close pics of the damaged one, contacted the supplier who then issued me a replacement with my next order.
So it does pay to inspect them all upon receipt.

Good tip Don. Was this Cousins? Or Gleaves who I think you also use? I’ll check my stash, I had half a dozen in my last order which arrived yesterday.

It was Cousins but in their defense they have so many it would be difficult to inspect them before dispatch. Plus some would then complain cos the packet has been opened.
So my answer is...from any supplier.
