Certainly Larry's Seiko straps get great reviews not sure on the Omega but I suspect they do also.
Just purchased (S/H) a chocky block 22mm which came with US free spring bars. I had to replace them with Seiko fats because the US ones clicked.

I’ve got Larry’s bracelets on two of my 6139-600x, my Bellmatic 4006-7002 as well as gracing my SARB and a new ‘5’. Top-notch quality, comfy and easy to adjust. I can’t speak for his Omega offerings but if they’re anything like his Seiko ones, you’ll be happy.

Larry's bracelets are better than the original Seiko ones for quality from what I've seen. Up with Stelux.
