I’m sat in the waiting area at my hairdressers... if you are in England you’ll know how good that is after about three months of not being able to get your hair cut! 7548 for now.

No such issues for me pip - I’ve been taking the clippers to mine this past year (no attachment) and saving £15 every time 😉 Chilling out with a brew before the calls start for the day and sporting this ‘5’ -

another orange watch day, big rain has been forcasted. a few days ago they were predicting 5" of rain. yesterday it was 4+"....today it's 3+", but still hasn't started. they do the same thing with all the snow. the closer a weather event gets in time, the smaller it gets in scale. is this happening globally? it seems the media need to catastrophize everything, before it happens, just to get our attention.

Citizen 5502 diver for the price of a new band (OEM) and a battery. Nice paddle hands! I won this from an auctiin and made face to face deal. Seller was the first owner and had recieved it as a present after completing diver course at age of 15. He was bit dissapointed that it didn't make more, but figured that it was the price for a watch he didn't know if it worked or not. After learning the above I offered to cancel the deal and fix it for him for 20€ everything included, but he said nah. Go figure... Atleast I tried.

Finally got a strap extender on this 5216 LM. It's hard to really catch the dial texture fully.

Casio Casiotron 31CS-10. First released in 1976 but no idea as to the exact vintage of this one. The Casio module 31 offering pretty simple functionality of time / date / stop watch and a light (still working!). What I do love about the early digital watch era is that the stainless steel case and bracelet finishing was on par with the analogue watches of the time. At the start of the digital watch revolution, they certainly weren't designed to be the throw away resin cased bargain shop units they later evolved into.
