Quite a slim wear. I'm on the lookout for a grey flannel double breasted suit to complete the 80's look. Maybe a brick phone and a DeLorean to boot.

Not obvious from the photo, but this dial is really shiny!

Out on my weekend morning exercise and it was wet and misty. I always wear the GX-56GB for this, but the SKX-A55 was begging to come along. I couldn't decide what to do. Then I remembered I had two arms

I bought this '81 7548-700B back in July. I got it running, resealed it, then...it just sat on a shelf below my TV for five months. Had spring bars but no strap. Was ticking away happily. Really nice shape, honestly. No real damage save for the strange, notch-like scar on the bezel at :57. I was going to keep it, then I was going to sell it, then I was going to keep it, then I was going to sell it, then I just kinda forgot about it. To be honest, I like the Pepsi version of these watches much less than the black and orange versions.
I figure I should wear it at least ONCE, right?

Can't get enough π. This is my favorite Tuna Can....no "MARINE MASTER" on the dial and cropped indices ππΎππΎ. New gaskets/seals and crystal. All cleaned up!

Then I remembered I had two arms Fingers crossed, I'm working on that. Hopefully I don't land us at 19th October 1987 Nice set up and natural effects from the mist on that shot. Did you mean three arms? I'm struggling to figure out how you managed to take that photo with only two arms.

ouroboros - I actually had four arms at my disposal as my Wife was with me (she's the walker, I just come along for the ride on the weekends). It is a neat photo, but I will say I almost ended up on my ass trying to balance just right in a squat so my Wife could hover over my shoulder and take the photo while holding the phone under my nose so I could try and manage the glare/reflections from the crystals. If anyone was watching I bet they were totally stumped!!!

I was about to say the Mercedes 190 Corsworth but I'd go broke before the next fill-up. The cost of fueling is currently atrocious.

Lol, I was thinking an E30 BMW, myself! All good options! My wife calls all those 80's cars collectively as "Sardine tins". I always roll my eyes and say "you just don't get it".

I would have picked a 911 Carrera, and would have written myself a note to not sell it until we got to 2021. Actually, how about a 930 Turbo if we're really going all out
