So, my daughter brings a watch home. Belongs to a friend. Her friend needs a strap for it. "Please Dad, can you help? I said you would" OK, what can they afford? "Er, I kinda said you'd do it buck-shee." Right, find a cheep-n-nasty one in the draw! Here's the watch, Cooper, seen um on ebay, not bad in the flesh. PVD, think Eta movement, cool(ish) caseback:-
Hmm, find a nasty "Lorus" I picked up for $5 with the right size strap on it (20mm):-
Has the cheep 100m/sport printed on it....Yuck!
But Dad can fix that, aint no movement swop!
Ready to fit:-
all done, wrist shot (well, you got too, haven't you!)
Dah-Nah! One watch strapped, brownie points earn't, jobs a good-un. I know, easy-peasy but I was borded so its only fair I bore you lot too!

It's Persian/Indian word meaning " Free" Nearest to you might be "To Boot" British soldiers brought the word back in the days of the Raj & it stuck. Another word is "Pucka" means good .
