Have you ever seen spring bars like this? They're from the Lady's Seiko 5 shown. At first I thought the one end was pushed into the center section too far, but since they're both like that, I think that's how they're made. Weird.

I have stripped many OMSB from far too many Seiko's and have run across these from time to time, I don't think they are Seiko, just what came with the replacement barn/strap/bracelet.

Double shoulder spring bars. Quite common, I’ve had several watches with them fitted.

I've seen these come with various purchases, only one end is sprung, the other is fixed. Don't like 'em.

I've seen these fat spring bars on vintage watches. Many times they are rusted and very difficult to remove.

They're reasonable common - or they were.
