Some of you will remember I picked up an Omega Mega Quartz some time ago and decided to have the works thrown at it by a fellow forum member, hal0eight, well I got a text saying it's almost complete and just waiting for a backcase, and crown gasket. I wanted to keep this beauty so it went in for a movement service, regulation oiling and a coil repair, new crystal, case finish back to original and bracelet finish. It should be back in a week or so as soon as it does I will post heaps of pictures. The great thing about this watch it it is a large size for a 70's Omega 40mm x 45mm.

This should be the last update talking to Adrian AKA (hal0eight) it should all be back up and away to me by the end of the week. man there has been some work gone into this beauty I can't wait for some final pictures. I will keep you all in the loop when it arrives.
The majority of the time taken is parts and finding them and getting them delivered, but we are nearly there.
