Yup...
"Tegimented is a term that Sinn uses to describe the hardened surface of its watches. The hardening process leaves the surface of the steel nearly as hard as sapphire, rendering the watch extremely scratch resistant."

Checking the Internet in Sinn, seems like they are the sole users of this method or are there others that use it too?
There is something that comes to mind... if the surface is smooth and hard with the treatment, that is ok, but how can they give that to a non reflective or dull surface? Seems to me that it could be slightly complicated.
