Hey Guys, A quick heads up that I've just put up the list of SEIKO equivalent mainspring equivalent part numbers in the reference section - wristsushi.proboards.com/thread/7365/seiko-mainspring-substituteSo this will make your servicing a bit easier if you're having really bizarre train issues. It will also assist you on the quest for more amplitude! Usual warnings apply, may kill your movement etc etc.... But these are straight from the Swiss manufacturer along with a bit of my interpretation and testing. You should be able to source these from Cousins or whoever you deal with for parts. I'll have them as part of my store soon. It took me a while and some money to get this together but I'm really pleased to share the info. Adrian.
