A surprise in the mail today, I got my dial back. This is a second try and the restoration shop knocked it out of the park. I asked them to reduce the font size of the case and movement number and it is near perfect. I just need to source some hands to clean up the look. While it was out I: -Fixed the date advance gear. It was cracked and I used some super glue to correct -Shrunk the cannon pinion -Cleaned up the exterior of the movement -Installed a Sapphire crystal. It does not have the original bevel but really like the look The dial restoration shop was done by Kirk Rich Dial Corporation. Attachments:
