Hello everyone. My name is Ruben and I am beginning in this world of Japanese watches. I have come to the forum thanks to user "cockroach". I live in Spain, and now I am in search of a Seiko UFO / Yatchman "Proof" or Seiko Pogue "Proof". I hope to find a unit soon and learn much from you about these watches.
Thank you all and sorry for my bad english.

Hi Ruben and to Wrist Sushi. This is the place to learn all you need to know about vintage Seiko watches. And you may be lucky to find one of the other members willing to sell you one of the watches you are after. If not, they will surely help you find a decent one. Always ask here before buying; this could save you some money and not getting taken by unscrupulous sellers. Your English is just fine; no need to apologize since my Spanish is non-existent.

Welcome to the forum , I will help you even if I am also a novice.for the UFO I could help you if I could with Yahoo Japan, but it is a little difficult to know the exact state ,except when indicated very good condition. So there is always a risk because it is difficult to ask a question to the seller.so you have to wait to receive the watches for the exact status.Under these conditions most of the time it is difficult to make a watch for someone else. Best bertrand
for the pogue "proof" you are looking for a Export 6139-6000 ,JDM will be OK? .

Thanks for your help. I understand what you tell me about Yahoo Japan, but is the only place to find one of these now. With respect to Pogue, Im looking for one of this with mechanism 6139A and the special case used in the first units.
