of these calibres. A long time ago a forum member on the old SCWF; Adriano; produced this invaluable document. Sadly; his pics all disappeared from his picture host but someone(me) with a littl fore sight saved the whole article, pics included. I had to go through the html and fix the pic links so it now works. I take no credit for the work as it is entirely the property of Adriano. www.members.shaw.ca/pmhorne/Misc/61xx-70xx-data.htmMight be a good idea to archive this somewhere in the resources section of WS

Thanks, Peter. I have the original, now without the photos. I also have a copy linked (presumably your work) with the photos restored. I wasn't aware until now that it was you who replaced them.

Fantastic ! I enjoyed this thoroughly.
I also find it very surprising that 7005's were only produced in 3 years. I am going to check all of mine (5 total) to see if any are outside the reported 1969-1971 range.

So I checked 3 of my 7005's in rotation, 1 from 1970, 1 from 1972 and the last from 1973.

Given the information that Adriano had at the time, I'm not surprised that the manufacturing period is a bit longer than stated. Adding your data would make the run between 4 and 5 years. Still not a long run by Seiko standards.
