Looks like it was printed on an InkJet or something similar Did Seiko really make this dial? Edit: Found another one that's similar:

Isn't it a age of discovery model or some crap like that? I'm sure I've seen these before. I think it's the real deal.

And another: (ebay vendor image) This one has been on the bay with a near $500 BIN. Relisted with no takers on original listing.

Yeah, well - the owner of that great collection had the good taste of not including these models in it.

I think the illustrated model is one of the "dancing hands" family:

The video narrator describes a PC, but if it's like the 6Mxx series it's an AC.

Would have to be a 8M25, then - no seconds hand.

I had a non chrono version in a stainless case. The dial reminded me of the old trench watches with the red 12. Unfortunately it was dead when I got it and I wasn't going to spend any money fixing it.

Here is my A of D model...with a 5m45 ....excellent caliber. The center world circle is full lumed. The series went from 1992 - 2000? dial3 by blingmeister, on Flickr

That's a legit model.
Never liked this series much. I once had someone offer me a quartz non-chrono one, and when I said I'd take it off their hands for $35, they were deeply offended and never spoke to me again. The resale value on these aren't great and I wouldn't consider them a keeper. They just have that dated 90's feel to them.

The one I posted lacks the elements that make the AoD series. Still, I might enter a low bet just for the movement...
