Cute, and not a typical style for Seiko. But Seiko has a history of coming our with special edition runs (Age of Discovery for example). These are targeted at the youth culture but I doubt if they will sell many. Seiko is such a huge company they can afford to experiment now and then! More sold are the Casio large and colorful G Shocks!

I have to say they look better than some of those Thailand Limited Edition mashups from the last couple of years.

I wonder what RRP is? I have a couple of nieces (9,11) that they might appeal to.

That line is very JDM, specifically very young ones. I get it, but yeah, it won't sell to most.
Agree with Josh too that it still looks more cohesive (theme and design-wise) than some of the Thailand Monster specials.

Makes me wonder if Seiko released any long-forgotten watches like this in the past.

Makes me wonder if Seiko released any long-forgotten watches like this in the past. Well I used to have an H556 'Pre Arnie' in yellow. It's hardly better than these but I had no trouble selling it to another forum member.

^Nice strap on that one. Original to the watch?

^Nice strap on that one. Original to the watch? Yes. It was a charity shop find. Just needed a clean and a new battery.

I don' think this line was meant for us 'gaijin'. Not my thing, but certainly not the ugliest Seikos I have ever laid eyes on.
