Hello Guys... Greetings from the land of the "Philippines" watch! (I never knew my country had such a bad rep in the watch/Seiko community until recently... ) I'm a newbie Seiko collector, with only several months of experience under my belt. I have two Seiko quartz watches, the SSC021 Solar Diver and the SNA413 Flight Computer; and two Automatics, an SKX009 and an old 6139-6005 "Resist" dial which I got from Spencer Klein. Just last week I won my very first item on ebay, a Seiko 6138 Bullhead 5 Sports Speedtimer. It felt like winning the lottery. Those long nights of staying up late keeping track of bid time can drive a person crazy. more power to this forum and regards...

Welcome to WristSushi! As with any country, the Philippines has it's share of good and bad so don't sweat it.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the madness...

Many members here do not stay up long nights, but use sniping software and enter their max bid. The rest occurs, AFAIK, as they sleep.

Grilled spicy "longganisa" comes to mind along with many other things

I prefer Tocino. Had loads of it for breakfast when I was in Cebu. The waitresses saw I liked it the first day so brought me double portions every time I ordered it.
