Tips for watch shopping in Tokyo

A friend of mine is going to visit Tokyo later this year. He's a bit of a watch enthusiast and is looking for places to go to find interesting watches. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'd love to send him some pictures of vintage seikos to look out for.

I have no idea about vintage Seiko watches in Tokyo, but I'll bet if your friend takes enough money, a very nice brand new Astron or Spring Drive can certainly be found!

Try CTI Watch in Ginza. It's a short walk from the train station. The shop is small and is found at the basement level of a building. They have a website but mostly in Japanese; "Seiko" is in Japanese in their pull down menu, nonetheless fairly easy to navigate. I bought my 6138 UFO or Yatchman there. Good luck!
