Lorus Fusion Chronograph, came in the post this morning, sold as not working and picked it up for $20.50 was going to add it to the To Do list then I thought I would open it up and check just in case it has a leaking battery. Shoved in a new battery and fixed a stuck pusher and it fired up like a champion. Its nice to have a win now and then. Max

Well I know it is only a Lorus, but it is still a member of the Seiko family and I would have thought worth a comment!

Congrats on your new addition, enjoy! It's been slow around here lately, don't take the lack of comments personally.

You can't go wrong for twenty bucks! It's got an interesting look to it but a bit on the modern side (style wise) for my personal taste. But hey . . . who cares what I think . . . as long as you like it, that's all that matters!

But hey . . . who cares what I think . . . as long as you like it, that's all that matters! I tend to agree, but I don't mind the modern style and can't afford the old collectible chronos, besides I recon these are going to be collectible in 20/30 years (should I live so long) so I am getting in early! What I do like about these models is that they are so comfortable to wear, they feel as though they have been sculpted just to fit your wrist, and you can't feel that you are wearing them. Not really into repairing quartz yet and just about every one I have bought that "needs new battery" actually need a new movement, good to get one that bucks the trend. Thanks for your comments! Max
