So i just came across this for sale over on the SCWF forum and while i would love to own it, i'm not too keen at dishing out $56 plus postage for it.. I do however really enjoy the blue faded bezels. So it got me wondering, as we Aussies are coming into Summer and our Queensland Summers are pretty bloody scorching.. i wonder how a really nice mint original bezel would fare sitting out in the sun for a few months. Any thoughts? From this.. To this..

Don't fade an original! They're worth mega bucks. Bolt a repro special to the roof for a month or so and see what happens.

Just pay the $56 plus postage (I've been thinking about it but someone else will get in on the action first). Swap them over then swap them back later. If you decide to shift it you should be able to get your money back. Other option of course is to swap me your good one for my beat up one :-)
