So, found these in my mother in law's place along with a couple of non-Seikos (Mido Multifort Powerwind and a Sandoz) - Seiko 7N89 - Seiko B122 LCD with obviously dead battery - And a Seiko 1104 'Rainbow' - I know now nothing about them so any info appreciated. Nick

Geday,
The Rainbow series were a small dress series that SEIKO did. They are the smaller ladies' movement. Most of the Rainbow series were plated in white gold (as is the case with yours) or 14k.
They're a good movement and nice to work on.
The 7N89 is a modern quartz movement, not heaps to say, but probably from the early-mid 90's
The B122 is from 1980 and were part of a whole series of movements SEIKO put out at the time with various features. I've got some E029's which are the from the same time period. They are well made but do have tendency to screen leak, so I'd handle them with care these days.
