I picked up this 7006-7007 for next to nothing at a flea market today. It's in rough shape but seems to be running fine. It needs a good cleaning, a new crystal, new hands, maybe a new stem, and a band. I'm hoping somebody knows what size crystal I need and what size hands I need. The seconds hand keeps sticking on the minutes hand. They're all bent. The crystal was held on with scotch tape. Solid amount of corrosion on the area around the dial where the crystal sat. I can hear the movement running and it winds up when I shake it. If I push down on the minutes hand to allow the seconds hand to go around, it runs fine. Thoughts?

Geday,
Those hands are pretty common. You can get other similar 7006 dress style pieces for peanuts and swap them over.
The crystal is a 310T19 off the top of my head, bu you can replace it with any 31mm crystal, just keep the tension ring as new ones will be different. The commonly available one that fits well is a 310T49. Let me know if you can't find one, I've got loads of these in my hoard.

That one looks like it has been to hell and back, but they are nice little watches. Here is an old "love letter" I wrote for this exact model back in the day... The 7006-7007PS: Wow...A DECADE AGO!

I have two 7006-7090, one is blue the same as yours and one with the silver dial (except they have 19 jewel movements). They are a little small for me but I really like their look.
The silver one has a nice touch on the hands which have a black strip on them for better visibility, the blue one has the all silver hands.
Also quite a straight forward movement to work on, just finished servicing one of them yesterday along with a 7005 and 6106.
I think the movement should also have case clamps to hold it tight to the movement holder, but both of mine dont have these so maybe got lost somewhere along their life.

You're gettin Old Aaron, Old I tell Ya........... Man, ain't THAT the truth. It's amazing how long we have been in this hobby. My girlfriend whines about getting old every now and then, and I always tell her two things: 1) That no matter her age she will always be two years younger than ME. 2) She only has two choices: either get older or get DEADER!
The first one always cheers her up more!

Thanks for the info. I figured this one was a good one to practice on. If the movement isn't too rough I'll prob find some hands and a crystal and maybe a dial and get it cleaned up and wear it.
