...and I had to set all my quartz watches to CET. Didn't realize I had so many of them Well, these are the working ones. I still have three 7A28/38 in my project drawer, together with some 7T32, 7T59 and a 8F56 that runs, but won't change the date...

That's a lot of quartz watches, I believe I've only got 6 or so. We (in the US), will need to reset ours next weekend.

BST ended here in UK at 2 am this morning, as I had to get up at 4 am for work, the extra hour made it almost palatable....Almost !! As most of mine are either hand wind or auto's i'll reset as and when i wear them. With my few quartz ones, i've pulled the crowns too conserve the batteries, ( Yeah, I am as tight as a ducks..... ) So they too will get reset as and when I give em an outing. .

Might be worth starting a new one, and get some advice?

If you pull the crowns out to conserve battery power the watch is no longer water (and humidity) resistant as it sits there.
