Not of my money. Sellers description! RARE SEIKO JAPAN 17J 6139-7030 CHRONOGRAPH AUTOMATIC MENS WATCH. A FIXER Movement works briefly then stops, very unreliable, will need a repair and is sold as is. Also both pushers are stiff and not functioning. Case 37mm wide, lugs 19mm. General wear to case, needs a good clean. Glass will need replacing, very worn and pitted. Condition of dial hard to see through worn glass but looks to be ok. Potentially a very nice rare watch with a bit of work !!!!

Not for my money. With crystal, gaskets and service there's at least $250 more work in that. That's at $550 watch when you're done and it doesn't even have a bracelet.

To be fair, it's perfect under the crystal. 299 is too much, I'd go at 180ish, but not 299.

I have a much better 7070 (very similar except slightly different lugs) that I've been meaning to offload. I've seen some good examples go for $400-$500 (AUD) but others go for much less. That's steep for this particular watch, but I love this model. Kinda like a miniature 6138-3000. One of the 6139s that has aged pretty well. I swear that 90% of these I see were made in April-July of 1972.

Yeah its like one his other listings (also overpriced) 7015-8000 ... Listed @ AU$279 : US$202 (ebay#38147160456) description : Movement is in working order but has not been tested for accuracy of time, so possibly it may need a service. Will need a pusher service, both slightly stiff. Case 38mm in diameter, lugs 15mm. General wear to case, needs a good clean, case back worn. Glass will need replacing, very worn & pitted. Fitted with original Seiko Sports S/steel bracelet, would suit up to a 19cm wrist, bracelet quite limp. (but for those that are used to YJ) you can pick up examples like this for AU$132 US$95 Aside from a scratch on the crystal @ 9 o'clock, and yep the band may not be original (but I like it) it is actually is a real nice little watch and feels good on your wrist (yes I did buy it back in July - so I am a little biased!) P.S they have a really nice "sunburst" dial, that is brilliant at catching the light

Ha ha. Busted. Beautiful dial but it doesn't really do it for me and I've made a larger than usual purchase so time to clear a couple of things out.
